MINOSE.STUDIO provides a limited five-year warranty against verified manufacturing defects relating to craftsmanship, structural integrity, or material quality under normal residential usage conditions. Warranty coverage remains subject to technical assessment, supporting documentation, and internal verification procedures conducted by or on behalf of MINOSE.STUDIO.

Eligible warranty claims may include manufacturing-related structural defects, hardware or mechanism failures, workmanship concerns, or material inconsistencies directly attributable to production defects. All eligible conditions must be verified through inspection and technical evaluation conducted by or on behalf of MINOSE.STUDIO prior to any resolution being confirmed.

This warranty does not extend to the following: normal wear and tear; surface scratches, marks, or scuffs; colour fading or tonal shift over time; accidental damage of any kind; misuse or improper handling; damage caused by relocation or transportation after delivery; commercial or hospitality usage; pet-related damage; water, moisture, or liquid exposure; sunlight, UV, or heat exposure; environmental conditions beyond recommended parameters; third-party modifications or repairs; and maintenance practices contrary to MINOSE.STUDIO's recommended care guidelines.

Luxury materials including marble, wood, veneer, leather, natural stone, metal finishes, and handcrafted surfaces may naturally evolve over time and may display variations in grain pattern, veining, surface texture, tonal movement, natural wrinkles, or handcrafted irregularities. These characteristics are considered inherent attributes of premium natural craftsmanship, are celebrated as distinguishing features of luxury goods, and shall not constitute manufacturing defects under this or any warranty provision.

This warranty does not guarantee complete product replacement in all circumstances. MINOSE.STUDIO reserves the right to repair, refinish, replace specific components, provide technical solutions, or determine commercially appropriate resolutions depending on the nature of the verified defect, product assessment findings, sourcing feasibility, and supplier recommendations.

A repair-first and component-level approach reflects our commitment to sustainable luxury practices and to the long-term stewardship of every product we supply. Where a professional repair or component replacement restores the product to its intended functional and aesthetic standard, this shall constitute a satisfactory and complete warranty resolution.

Clients submitting warranty claims must provide the following: proof of purchase or order confirmation, clear photographic evidence of the concern, a written description of the issue and its timeline, any relevant supporting documentation, and reasonable access to the product for inspection or technical review by an authorised representative.

All warranty claims should be submitted in writing to hello@minose.studio with the subject line "Warranty Claim" and the relevant order reference number. Claims submitted without adequate supporting documentation may not qualify for processing. MINOSE.STUDIO will acknowledge receipt within five business days and communicate the outcome of the initial assessment within twenty-one business days.

Warranty coverage shall become void where products have been improperly installed, structurally modified by third parties, exposed to abnormal usage conditions, relocated negligently or without appropriate protective measures, or maintained in a manner contrary to MINOSE.STUDIO's recommended care practices. Warranty coverage shall also become void where payment obligations associated with the relevant Order have not been fulfilled in full.

The five-year limited warranty applies to all MINOSE.STUDIO products regardless of the delivery destination. Where local statutory warranty rights in the Client's jurisdiction exceed the terms of this Limited Warranty, those statutory rights are preserved and shall take precedence over any conflicting provision of this policy.

Clients should note that approved warranty resolutions involving replacement components or complete replacement units for internationally sourced products may be subject to extended lead times consistent with those outlined in the Return and Refund Policy. MINOSE.STUDIO will communicate all relevant timelines in writing upon confirmation of a valid warranty claim.
