Return & Cancellation

Due to the bespoke, premium, and internationally sourced nature of the collections offered through MINOSE.STUDIO, return eligibility remains restricted and subject to careful evaluation. Many products are custom manufactured, imported, or procured specifically against confirmed project requirements, which makes standard retail return structures commercially impractical. Where a genuine product concern arises, MINOSE.STUDIO is committed to reaching a considered, fair, and appropriate resolution.
Inspection and Reporting Window
Clients are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any visible transit damage, manufacturing concern, or incorrect product issue must be reported to MINOSE.STUDIO within seven calendar days of the delivery date. All reports must be submitted in writing to hello@minose.studio and must include supporting photographs, packaging evidence, delivery documentation, and the relevant order reference. Claims submitted beyond this inspection period may not qualify for review or resolution.
Non-Returnable Products
The following categories of product are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable: custom-made furniture, made-to-order collections, bespoke finishes, internationally sourced and procured products, hospitality and commercial project orders, clearance and sample inventory, and all products for which production, sourcing, or procurement has commenced following formal Order Confirmation.
Natural material variations, handcrafted irregularities, and tonal or textural differences that fall within the inherent characteristics of premium luxury materials shall not qualify as defects eligible for return under any circumstances.
Order Cancellation
Once production, procurement allocation, sourcing coordination, customisation, or vendor processing has commenced following Order Confirmation, orders become non-cancellable. Advance deposits and procurement allocations paid towards such orders shall not qualify for reimbursement under normal commercial circumstances.
Requests for cancellation prior to production commencement will be considered at the sole discretion of MINOSE.STUDIO. Where a pre-production cancellation is approved, an administrative and reservation charge will be applicable, the amount of which will be communicated in writing at the time of the cancellation request.
Repair and Technical Resolution
MINOSE.STUDIO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to inspect, repair, refinish, replace components, provide technical corrections, or recommend commercially reasonable solutions prior to approving any request for complete product replacement. Resolution methods will vary depending on the nature of the concern, sourcing feasibility, supplier assessment, and operational practicality.
A repair-first and component-replacement approach is consistent with our commitment to sustainable luxury practices and long-term product stewardship. Where a repair or component replacement is technically appropriate and restores the product to its intended standard, this shall constitute a satisfactory resolution.
Replacement Timelines
Approved replacement requests involving imported or custom-manufactured products may require up to ninety business days or longer depending on production schedules, international freight availability, customs processing, sourcing conditions, and supplier lead times. MINOSE.STUDIO shall communicate replacement timelines in writing upon approval of a valid claim and shall provide progress updates at regular intervals throughout the replacement process.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
Products accepted following delivery inspection shall not qualify for claims arising from misuse, mishandling, relocation damage, environmental or moisture exposure, improper cleaning practices, wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or storage in conditions contrary to recommended care guidelines. MINOSE.STUDIO shall not be responsible for damage arising from third-party installation, assembly, or alteration of supplied Goods.
Consumer Rights Provisions
Where the Client is a consumer located in the United Kingdom, mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to the relevant transaction and are not excluded by this policy. Where the Client is located in the United Arab Emirates, applicable provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are preserved. Clients in all other jurisdictions retain any mandatory statutory rights applicable under local law. MINOSE.STUDIO will honour all such rights where they are established and applicable.

All return, refund, and resolution enquiries should be directed in writing to hello@minose.studio. Please include your order reference number, the delivery date, a clear written description of the concern, and photographic evidence where applicable. MINOSE.STUDIO will acknowledge receipt of all formal claims within five business days and will communicate a proposed course of resolution within fourteen business days of receipt of complete documentation.
